小剂量米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血效果观察

目的：探讨小剂量米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血（功血）的临床效果。方法：选择2007年3月～2008年12月营口市鲅鱼圈区疾病控制及妇幼保健中心确诊的围绝经期功血24例患者,采用米非司酮治疗（每片25g）,每晚服米非司酮片12.5g,连续3个月,观察治疗效果。结果：B超监测24例患者服药前子宫内膜1.1～2.1cm,服药1个月内膜厚0.6～1.0cm,服药2个月内膜厚0.3～0.7cm,服药3个月为线状内膜。服药前后子宫内膜厚度比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。24例患者服药期间均闭经,停止治疗后3～6周月经恢复正常。结论：对围绝经期功血采用小剂量米非司酮治疗,是一种比较安全有效的方法,值得临床推广。

Clinical analysis of mifepristone in treatment of patients with perimenopause dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective： To study the therapeutical effect of lowdose mifepristone on peripheral menopause syndrome. Methods： 24 cases with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected from patients treated in center for Women and Children＇s Health in Bayuquan district,Yingkou City from March 2007 to December 2008. Mifepristone tablets were taken 12.5 g every night for 3 months.Then observed the therapeutic effect. Results： B -ultrasonic examination showed that before treatment endometrial thickness of 24 patients was 1.1-2.1 cm,within 1 month treatment 0.6-1.0 cm, within 2 months treatment was 0.3-0.7 cm.After 3 months treatment,they had thin endometrium. Statistically significant difference could be found between before and after treatment endometrial thickness （ P〈 0.05）. During treatment 24 patients were amenorrhea. Menstruation would be abnormal for 3-6 weeks after treatment. Conclusion： Treatmentment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding with low-dose mifepristone is a safe and effective method.
