2007～2008年大兴区托幼机构消毒效果抽检结果

目的为及时掌握大兴区托幼机构消毒效果,探讨托幼机构消毒管理方法;方法连续2年随机抽取18家托幼机构对其卧室空气、手(炊事员、保健员)、玩具、桌面、毛巾、饮食用具进行消毒效果检测。结果2年共检测478件消毒样品,合格424件,合格率88.7%;其中2007年抽检258件,合格221件,合格率85.7%;2008年抽检220件,合格202件,合格率95.0%,各年间检测合格率比较差异有显著性(x2=5.18,P0.05);公立园与私立园消毒样品检测合格率比较差异有显著性(x2=4.0,P0.05)。结论卫生、教育部门在审批托幼园所办园许可上要将园所面积及要求定期委托有资质的单位对空气、手、物体表面、饮食用具等进行消毒效果检测做为开园必备条件;卫生监督部门加强监督频次。

Sample Inspection Results of Disinfection Effect in Kindergartens in Daxing urban from 2007 to 2008

Objective To know the disinfection effect in kindergartens of Daring urban, and probe into disinfection methods in kindergartens. Method Over past 2 years 18 kindergartens were drawn out randomly to detect the disinfection effect, and the detection included the air in rooms, hands of cookers and health protectors, toys, the desk - top, towels, diet tools and so on. Results In past 2 years 478 disinfected samples were detected, and 424 of them were qualified; 258 samples were tested , and 221 samples were qualified in 2007 ; in 2008 220 samples were tested , and 202 sampies were up to standard. The difference of qualification rate between 2007and 2008 were significant; also there were significant difference between the public and personal kindergartens. Conclusions Before admitting a kindergarten , health and education department should request the kindergarten to have enough area , and disinfection effect should be tested regularly by qualified organizations, This is the most basic request. Health supervisor should strengthen the supervise frequency.
