中西医结合治疗糖尿病下肢周围神经病变观察

目的观察前列腺素E1、中药泡足和穴位按摩对糖尿病患者下肢周围神经病变的疗效。方法将80例糖尿病周围神经病变的患者随机分为2组，联合治疗组40例，对照组40例。基于等同的基础治疗之上，观察组给予前列腺素E1、中药泡足和穴位按摩联合治疗，对照组给予中药泡足和穴位按摩治疗，疗程3周，观察并记录治疗前后患者症状、体征和肌电图。结果观察组和对照组神经传导速度均改善，以观察组改善更明显，两组之间疗效相比有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论建立于基础治疗之上的前列腺素E1、中药泡足和穴位按摩联合治疗糖尿病下肢周围神经病取得满意的治疗效果，值得临床推广和应用。

The The effect of integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on diabetes peripheral neuropathy of legs

Objective Study on the therapeutic effect of diabetes peripheral neuropathy of legs with prostaglandin E1 ,TCD bubble and Points massage. Methods Eighty patients exactly diagnosed as having dia- betic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups： The combination group（40cases） and the control group（40cases）. On the basis of the same basic treatment, the combination group were treated with prostaglandin E1 , TCD bubble and Points massage,and the control group with simple prostaglandin E1. Observe and record the changes of rational symptoms, signs and electromyography. Results Nerve conduction velocity and symptom severity improved in both combination and control groups and more obviously in the combination group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Based on basic treatment, prostaglandin E1, TCD bubble and Points massage take get satisfaction curative effect on diabetes peripheral neuropathy of legs, worthy of clinical extensive expansion application.
