氧化苦参碱和槐定碱对青霉素致痫大鼠海马的影响

摘    要:目的观察氧化苦参碱和槐定碱对青霉素致痫大鼠行为学和海马组织形态学的改变。方法取大鼠雌雄各半,随机分为7组,每组10只,分别为正常对照组、癫痫模型组、阳性药物苯巴比妥钠组、氧化苦参碱高剂量组、氧化苦参碱低剂量组、槐定碱高剂量组和槐定碱低剂量组。大鼠腹腔注射大剂量青霉素致痫模型,并腹腔注射氧化苦参碱和槐定碱,观察其行为学和海马组织形态学改变。结果与致痫组相比氧化苦参碱低、高剂量组和槐定碱低剂量组均能不同程度地延长痫性发作潜伏期,并且降低痫性发作程度;光镜、电镜观察使用氧化苦参碱和小剂量槐定碱后致痫大鼠海马组织神经细胞肿胀、细胞器损伤等改变得到改善。结论氧化苦参碱和小剂量槐定碱对脑组织损伤有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe changes of behavior and tissue shape in rats induced by penicillin. Methods seventy SD rats were divided into 7 groups and models of epilepsy were established by administration of Penicillin. The study investigated the influences of Oxymartrine and Sophoridine on epilepsy using the methods of behavior evaluation and morphology. Results The epilepsy model was successful. Oxymartrine and low dose group of Sophoridine could significantly prolong the latencies of epileptic seizure, and reduced seizure degree compared with penicillin group. After epilepsy induced successfully by penicillin, we could observe neuron tumefaction, organelle damnification and other changes. After using Oxymartrine and Sophoridine, neuron tumefaction and organelle darnnification could be improved. Conclusion Oxymartrine and low dosage Sophofidine have certain of protection to brain damage.
