初中生情绪调节特点的研究

摘    要:
目的:探究初中生情绪调节的特点。方法:随机选取厦门市城市与农村各三所中学,每所学校每个年级随机抽取两个班,共1 546人进行情绪调节量表调查,有1 538份合格。结果:初中生情绪调节在性别上无差异(t=-0.20,-0.89;P>0.05),存在城乡差异(t=-2.11,P<0.05)。初一与初二、初一与初三学生情绪调节和自主性均存在显著差异(F=5.24,5.64;P<0.01)。结论:初一学生情绪调节能力比初二和初三学生强;农村学生情绪调节的易变性、灵活度、反应度和情绪唤醒优于城市学生。

Study of the characteristics of emotion regulation in junior school students

Abstract:
Objective:To study the characteristics of emotion regulation in junior school students.Methods:Randomly selected respectively Xiamen city and countryside three middle schools,randomly selected two classes from each school each grade,1546 students were asked to complete the SCL-90 and CN-CASQ.Of them,1538 are qualified.Results:There was no difference in emotion regulation between the boys and girls(t=-0.20,-0.89,P>0.05).There was difference in emotion regulation between rural junior school and urban junior school(t=-2.11,P<0.05).There was significant difference both in emotion regulation and autonomy between the grade one and grade two,grade one and grade three(F=5.24,5.64;P<0.01).Conclusion:The ability of emotion regulation of grade one students is better than grade two and grade three students;Volatility,flexibility,reaction degree and emotional awakening of emotion regulation of rural students are better than urban students.
