康复期精神分裂症患者家庭关怀度的初步分析

目的:探讨康复期精神分裂症患者的家庭关怀状况。方法:随机选择50例康复期精神分裂症患者自评家庭关怀度指数(AP-GAR)问卷。结果:将APGAR问卷中每条目发生程度分为低、中、高的三个等级后,康复期精神分裂症患者的适应度各等级所占比例分别为8%、56%、36%;合作度为4%、40%、56%;成长度为6%、52%、42%;情感度为4%、48%、48%;亲密度为0、38%、62%;总分为0、24%、76%。结论:康复期精神分裂症患者家庭关怀度主要以不稳定的情感度、中等程度的适应度和成长度、良好的合作度和亲密度为特点,其家庭功能基本良好。建议应围绕如何提高患者的适应度、合作度、成长度、情感度、亲密度等问题拟定相应的治疗计划,尽最大可能地恢复患者的社会功能。

Preliminary analysis of the family caring degree with recovery schizophrenia.

Objective:To study the family caring degree in patients with recovery schizophrenia.Methods:Fifty patients with recovery schizophrenia were randomly assessed by APGER index(APGAR) questionnaire.Results: Every question of APGER index(APGAR) questionnaire was distributed into three classes which included low middle high.In three classes,the ratio of adaptation degrees of recovery schizophrenia were respectively 8 percent、56 percent、36 percent.in addition,cooperate degrees 4 percent、40 percent、56 percent,growth degrees 6 percent、52 percent、42 percent,affection degrees 4 percent、48 percent、48 percent,intimate degrees 0 percent、38 percent、62 percent,and total scores 0 percent、24 percent、76 percent.Conclusions: The family caring degree of recovery schizophrenia would be instability affection degree、moderate adaptation and growth degrees、fine cooperate and intimate degrees.The family function was basically fine.It would suggest to protocol the treatment plan which maybe revolve round the questions of adaptation、cooperate、growth、affection and intimate degrees.Those measures would highest possible renew the society function of patients.
