奥瑞姆自护模式在癔症患者康复护理中的应用

目的:探讨奥瑞姆自护模式对癔症患者社会功能缺陷的康复效果。方法:将我科收治的40例癔症患者随机分为自护组(研究组20例)及传统护理组(对照组20例),分别给予相应的护理,应用精神病患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)在发病时和康复出院后各评定一次,分析两组患者社会功能恢复情况。结果:自护组的社会功能改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:奥瑞姆自护模式能提高癔症患者的社会功能。

Orem self-care model in the hysterical patient rehabilitation nursing care

Objective:To investigate the Orem self-care model of social dysfunction in patients with hysteria effect of rehabilitation.Methods:40 patients admitted to our department hysteria were randomly divided into self-care group(study group n = 20) and traditional care group(control group = 20),were given the appropriate care,the application of mental illness rehabilitation outcome rating scale(IPROS) and rehabilitation in the onset time of each assessment after discharge,two groups were analyzed social function recovery.Results: The social function of self-care group improved significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: Orem self-care model can improve the social function of patients with hysteria.
