小儿手足口病免疫球蛋白与超敏C反应蛋白的临床检测研究

目的:分析研究手足口病患儿病变早期的免疫球蛋白与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平变化及临床意义。方法:检测分析65例早期手足口病患儿免疫球蛋白(IgM、IgG、IgA)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平,并与同期65例健康儿童检测结果进行对照分析。结果:手足口病患儿组IgG与IgA的含量低于对照组,IgM的含量明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手足口病患儿组hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:密切关注小儿手足口病患者免疫球蛋白与超敏C反应蛋白含量的变化,联合检测以上指标对手足口病的早期诊断具有一定的临床价值。

Analysis on Testing Serum Immunoglobulins and hs-CRP in Children with Hand-foot-mouth Disease

Objective:To explore serum immunoglobulins and hs-CRP′s level and clinical significance on the early stage of HFMD in children.Methods:Testing serum immunoglobulins(IgM、IgG、IgA) and hs-CRP′s level on admission of 65 HFMD children patients,and selecting 65 healthy children as control group.Results: Level of IgG and IgA were significantly lower than control group;level of IgM in observation group on HFMD′s early stage were significantly higher than control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).The level of hs-CRP in observation group on HFMD′s early stage were significantly higher than control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions: Combined serum immunoglobulins and hs-CRP′s level testing method has some clinical values to early diagnosis of HFMD.
