摘    要:
目的分析肿瘤患者医院感染的病原菌分布及耐药性,为临床合理用药和控制医院感染提供依据。方法对2007-2009年细菌室分离出的980株临床病原菌进行统计及耐药分析。结果病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主,占50.7%,真菌占34.3%,革兰阳性球菌占15.0%;3年中革兰阴性杆菌和真菌检出构成比例逐年上升,革兰阳性球菌检出比例呈逐年降低趋势,革兰阴性杆菌对氨苄西林、哌拉西林、庆大霉素和妥布霉素的3年平均耐药率>70.0%;革兰阳性球菌对青霉素和环丙沙星的3年平均耐药率>70.0%;真菌对两性霉素B和制霉菌素耐药率<6.0%。结论重视肿瘤患者病原菌医院感染的病原学检查和药敏监测,才能有效地控制病原菌医院感染。
