| 摘 要： | 目的研究重症监护病房(ICU)鲍氏不动杆菌(ABA)的感染分布及耐药性,为临床合理用药提供试验依据。方法对医院分离的165株ABA进行回顾性分析。结果 ICU感染的ABA占全院的59.4%;ICU内ABA主要感染患者呼吸道,其对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的耐药率最低,为36.7%,对其他抗菌药物的耐药率均>90.0%,ICU内ABA的耐药率均明显高于非ICU。结论 ICU医院感染ABA多药耐药性非常严重,头孢哌酮/舒巴坦是治疗ABA最敏感的药物,ABA对碳青霉烯类抗菌药物严重耐药,应引起高度重视。
