270例单纯胆囊经腹腔镜切除术患者围手术期抗菌药物应用分析

目的了解医院腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围手术期抗菌药物应用情况。方法随机抽取2009-2010年医院肝胆外科腹腔镜胆囊切除术手术患者270例,依据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》,调查围手术期抗菌药物的预防性应用情况。结果调查的270例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者在围手术期全部预防性应用了抗菌药物,使用率100.0%;药物种类主要以硝咪唑类、头孢菌素类、青霉素类等为主,抗菌药物使用率排前5位的药物分别是奥硝唑氯化钠注射液、注射用阿莫西林钠氟氯西林钠、注射用头孢甲肟、硫酸异帕米星注射液、甲硝唑注射液注,其使用率分别为26.30%、16.44%、12.80%、8.82%、8.13%。结论应加强围手术期抗感染药物使用的管理和监督,促进临床医师合理用药。
