摘    要:
目的探讨临床细菌性肺炎感染病原菌的种类、分布特征和耐药性,为细菌性肺炎患者抗感染治疗提供方案。方法对2008年3月-2009年11月临床痰液标本中分离的病原菌进行菌株鉴定,采用K-B法,按照NCCLS规定标准进行药敏试验判断。结果革兰阴性杆菌占67.7%;革兰阳性球菌以及真菌分别占20.4%和11.9%;前3位病原菌依次为铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌和白色假丝酵母菌,分离率分别为28.7%、18.3%和11.1%;革兰阴性杆菌对氨苄西林、哌拉西林、四环素和呋喃妥因耐药较严重;革兰阳性球菌对阿奇霉素、氨苄西林、青霉素和苯唑西林耐药较严重。结论病原菌对抗菌药物具有严重的多药耐药性;加强耐药性监测,合理选择应用抗菌药物,以提高细菌性肺炎抗感染的治愈率。
