| 摘 要： | [目的]总结腹腔镜胃癌根治术围术期的护理措施.[方法]回顾性分析10例腹腔镜胃癌根治术病人资料.[结果]无一例发生并发症,均痊愈出院,术后平均住院时间为10.6 d.[结论]加强术前心理护理及肠道准备,术后密切观察病人的生命体征,做好管道护理,严防肺部感染和腹部并发症等,是腹腔镜胃癌根治术围术期的有效护理措施.

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the peri-operative nursing measures for gastric cancer patients undergoing radical correction under laparoscope.Methods: Data of 10 gastric cancer patients undergoing radical correction under laparoscopewere analyzed retrospectively.Results: No one case occurred complications and all patients healed and discharged.The average hospitalization time among them was 10.6 days.Conclusion: To strengthen preoperative psychological care and bowel preparation,to observing vital sign of patients closely after operation,to provide better tube care,and to prevent pulmonary infection and abdominal complications are the effective peri-operative period nursing measures for gastric cancer patients undergoing radical correction under laparoscope. |
