| 摘 要： | 检测20例白癜风患者8项免疫指标,初步看出患者细胞免疫功能低下,血清免疫球蛋白增高,总补体、C_3下降,溶菌酶升高,基本符合免疫病一般规律。用弗氏完全佐剂免疫核糖核酸(FCA-iRNA)治疗,7例减轻。14例治疗前后对比,初步看出iRNA起着免疫调节作用。 |

| Abstract: | The immure condition of 20 patients with vitiligo was observed by me-ans of the indicators of 8 kinds of their immune-functions. It was observedthat the cell-mediated immune functions of the patients were lower than thatof the normal; Serum immunoglobulins increased; CH_(50) and C_3 decreased;Lysczyme increased. The results conformed to the common law of immunediseases.The change of 8 kinds of immune indices of 14 patients with vitiligowas analysed before and after treating with FcA-iRNA. It was observed that theFcA-iRNA played a part in immune-adjustment during the treatment. Treatedwith FcA-iRNA 7 of the 20 cases had mitigation. Vitiligo-caused mechanism is complicated. Its treatment is very difficult. The amount of FcA-iRNA usedin the treatment was a small dose, more research will be needed in order togain much better result in treatment of vitiligo |
