针刺拮抗肌配合推拿治疗中风后偏瘫肢体痉挛状态的临床研究

目的：探讨针刺拮抗肌群配合推拿治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的临床疗效。方法：对63例中风后偏瘫患者随机分为两组，分别采用针刺主动肌配合推拿与针刺拮抗肌组治疗，比较其疗效。结果：比较两组治疗前、后的痉挛、下肢运动功能、平衡、Bfurlnstrom分期及Barthel指数进行评定，两组前后及组间比较均P〈0．05。结论：针刺主动肌配合推拿与针刺拮抗肌对中风后肢体痉挛均有一定疗效，但二者相比，针刺拮抗肌疗效配合更为显著。

Acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of antagonistic muscles in patients with hemiplegia after stroke spastic state of clinical research

Objective： The influence of acupuncture on antagonistic muscle groups combined with massage for treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke clinical observation. Methods： 63 eases of hemiplegic patients after stroke were randomly divided into two groups,respectively, by acupuncture combined with massage and acupuncture in active muscle of antagonistic muscle groups, to compare their efficacy. Results：Were compared between the two groups before treatment,after the cot,lower extremity motor function, balance,Brunnstrom staging and Barthel index assessment,the two groups before and after and comparison group P〈0.05 for all. Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with massage and acupuncture of agonist antagonist on limb spasm after apoplexy have a certain effect, but the two antagonist effect of acupuncture compared, with more significant.
