| 摘 要： | 以SWOT模型作为理论框架,系统梳理了医养结合背景下,公立综合医院老年病科发展的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战,并提出立足综合优势,推进科室建设;利用院内优势,积极应对挑战;借助医联体,拓展服务等建议,为综合医院老年病科的发展提供参考。
