摘    要:目的:观察益生菌对婴儿体外循环心脏手术后胃肠功能的影响。方法:将某三甲医院2019-07—2019-12行体外循环心脏手术后的58例患儿随机分为对照组(n=28)和观察组(n=30),对照组于术后24h内常规早期肠内营养,观察组在对照组的基础上加用酪酸梭菌制剂(米雅)。观察并记录两组患儿术后首次排便时间和胃肠功能紊乱发生情况,并比较术前、术后第7天两组患儿血清超敏C反应蛋白(CRP)和降钙素原(PCT)水平的变化。结果:观察组患儿胃肠道功能恢复时间较对照组短,术后第7天CRP和PCT指标明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:益生菌可减轻婴儿体外循环心脏手术后炎症反应,促进胃肠道功能恢复。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of probiotics on gastrointestinal function after cardiopulmonary bypass in infants.Method:A total of 58 infants who received cardiopulmonary bypass in a third-grade a hospital from July 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into the control group(n=28)and the observation group(n=30).The control group routinely started early enteral nutrition within 24 hours after the operation,and the observation group was added with closteum caseate preparation(Miya)on the basis of the control group.The time of first postoperative defecation and gastrointestinal dysfunction were observed and recorded in the two groups,and the changes of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)levels were compared between the two groups before and 7 days after surgery.Results:In the observation group,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function was shorter than that of the control group,and the CRP and PCT were significantly lower than those of the control group(All P<0.05)7 days after operation.Conclusion:Probiotics can reduce the inflammatory response after cardiopulmonary bypass in infants and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
