乡村振兴背景下农村医养结合养老中存在的问题与对策

我国农村老年人口基数大,增长速度快,农村老龄化问题日益严峻。未富先老、未备先老成为中国农村现实问题。传统的养老模式已无法适应现阶段我国农村的需求,医养结合的养老模式成为新选择。但受制于养老观念落后、资金匮乏、专业人才不足、政策保障缺失等问题,医养结合在农村发展缓慢。笔者从转变养老观念、发展乡村经济、加强人才培养、完善政策法规等方面探索解决乡村振兴背景下农村医养结合养老问题的路径。

Research on the problems and countermeasures of rural integrated treatment and convalesce in pension model under the background of rural revitalization

The cardinal number of elderly people in rural areas in China is large,the growth rate is fast,and the problem of rural aging is becoming more and more serious. Getting old before getting rich and getting old before getting ready are the real problem of rural China. The traditional pension model has been unable to adapt to the needs of rural areas in China at present,and integrated treatment and convalesce in pension model has become a new choice. However,subject to the backwardness of old-age care idea,lack of funds,professional talents,and policy support,integrated treatment and convalesce develops slowly in rural area. This paper explores the path of rural integrated treatment and convalesce in old-age care in the context of rural revitalization from the aspects of changing the concept of old-age care,developing rural economy,strengthening personnel training,and improving policies and regulations under the background of rural revitalization.
