| 摘 要： | 炎症性肠病(IBD)是一种慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病,国内外研究均表明IBD患者中艰难梭菌感染(CDI)的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,且患者的结肠切除率、病死率较高,导致较重的医疗和经济负担.本文就IBD合并CDI相关危险因素的研究进展作一综述,从而有助于对IBD合并CDI进行早期识别和防治.

| Abstract: | Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a chronic nonspecific intestinal inflammatory disease,studies both at home and abroad have shown that the incidence of Clostridium difficile infection(CDI)in IBD patients is increasing yearly,and the rates of colectomy and mortality are high,which cause significant healthcare and economic burden.This article reviewed the research progress on risk factors related to IBD complicated with CDI,so as to be helpful for the early detection and prevention of CDI. |
