摘    要:目的]了解云南省德宏州跨境地区学龄儿童营养知识、态度、行为(KAP)现状,探讨营养改善计划实施过程中存在的问题,并提出相应建议。方法]采用整群随机抽样法和非概率目的抽样法抽取3个县3所跨境学生人数较多的跨边境小学,对3所小学4~6年级的全体学生进行营养KAP问卷调查。结果]共调查1341名学生,其中营养知识得分中位数为8,仅14.4%的学生回答满分。94.3%的学生认为应该学习营养知识,开展营养健康课的学校学生营养态度好于不开展营养健康课的学生(P<0.05)。80.5%的学生每天吃三餐,14.4%的学生直接饮用自来水,26.3%的学生每周吃4~6次零食,仅20.5%的学生吃饭时不剩饭。结论]国籍和民族对学生营养知识掌握情况无明显影响。学生对于学习营养健康知识积极性高,但仍存在部分营养知识知晓率低以及不健康的饮食习惯,学校仍需加强营养健康教育。学校应结合地方特色和营养要求,提高营养餐的多样化和口味。

Abstract:Objective To understand current situation of nutrition knowledge,attitude and behavior(KAP)of school-age children in cross-border Dehong,Yunnan province,discuss the problems in the implementation process of local nutrition improvement plan,and put forward corresponding suggestions and opinions.Methods Three cross-border primary schools with large number of cross-border students were selected with cluster random sampling and non-probabilistic purpose sampling method.Nutrition KAP questionnaire survey was carried out among all the students from grade 4 to grade 6 in 3 primary schools.Results The investigation covered 1341 students.The median of nutrition knowledge score was 8,only 14.4%students answer was full mark.94.3%students thought that they should studied nutrition knowledge.The nutrition attitude whom accepted nutrition health course was better than those didn t accepted the course(P<0.05).80.5%students had three meals every day,14.4%students drank tap water directly,26.3%students ate snacks for 4 to 6 times every week,only 20.5%students had not leftover.Conclusions There is no obvious influence in different nationalities to acquisition of nutrition knowledge.Students have positive attitude towards nutrition health knowledge learning,but there are still some low awareness of nutrition knowledge and unhealthy eating habits.The schools still need to strengthen nutrition and health education,should also combine local characteristics and nutritional requirements to improve the variety and taste of nutritious meals.
