| 摘 要： | 华南马尾杉的主要成分是生物碱,它有显著的可逆性胆碱酯酶抑制作用。从华南马尾杉Phlegmariurus fordii(Baker)得四个生物碱,其中二个为已知生物碱马尾杉碱甲(phlegmariurine A)和马尾杉碱乙(phlegmariurine B)另外二个为新生物碱Ⅰ(C_(32)H_(44)N_2O_4)和Ⅱ(C_(16)H_(20)N_2O),分别定名为马尾杉碱丙(phlegmariurine C)和福地明(fordimine)。马尾杉碱丙是马尾杉碱甲的双分子化合物,根据高分辨质谱,提出了它的裂解方式,并探讨了双分子化合物的连接点。

| Abstract: | Four alkaloids were isolated from the whole plant of Phlegmariurus fordii (Baker) Ching. Two of them were identified as known phlegmariurine A and phlegmariurine B and the other two were new alkaloids named phlegmariurine C and fordimine. Their structures were determined by means of spectral analysis Phlegmariurine C was shown to contain two molecules of phlegmariurine A and the connective point was discussed. |
