形象化健康教育模式对肠造口患者自我护理能力的影响

目的探讨形象化健康教育模式对肠造口患者自我护理能力的影响。方法将123例直肠癌结肠造口患者,随机分为观察组（62例）和对照组（61例）。观察组患者采用形象化健康教育模式,对照组患者采用传统健康教育方法。分别于出院时、出院后1个月及3个月采用自我护理能力实施量表（exercise of self-care agency scale,ESCA）对患者的自我护理能力进行调查。结果观察组自我护理概念、自我护理责任、自我护理知识、自我护理技能和自我护理总分在出院后1个月和3个月均高于对照组,均P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义,观察组自我护理优于对照组。结论形象化健康教育模式能提高结肠造口患者的自我护理能力。

Effect of visualized heath education mode on self care of patients with colostomy

Objective To investigate the effect of visualized health education mode on the self-care of the patients with permanent colostomy.Methods 123 rectal carcinoma patients with permanent colostomy from July 2008 to October 2011 were divided into the observation group（n = 62） and the control group（n = 61） using randomized controlled method.The patients in the observation group were treated with the visualized health education mode,and those in the control group with traditional health education method.All the patients were followed up for three or more months and the self-care agency was measured using the exercise of self-care agency scale（ESCA） at discharge,one month and three months after discharge.Result The total score and the score on each factor of the observation group were significantly superior to those of the control group at all the time points（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The visualized model of health education may improve the self-care agency of the patients with permanent colostomy.
