输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石效果观察及护理

目的探讨经输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石患者疗效及总结护理要点。方法采用单盲随机法将230例输尿管结石患者随机分为实验组136例（采用经输尿管镜下钬激光碎石）与对照组94例（采用经输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石），并配合做好护理工作。比较两组患者一次性碎石成功率、碎石时间及住院时间。结果两组患者一次性碎石成功率、碎石时间比较，差异具有统计学意义（均P〈0．05），实验组优于对照组；两组患者住院时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论经输尿管镜钬激光碎石较气压弹道碎石术一次性碎石成功率高，完善的术前后护理是提高手术效果，减少并发症的有效措施。

Nursing of patients with ureteral calculus treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy on ureteral calculus and summarize nursing points. Methods 230 patients with ureteral calculi were randomly divided into the experiment group （n = 136） treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy and the control group （n = 94） treated with ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy. Both groups received pertinent nursing. The two groups were compared in view of one-time success rate of lithotripsy, lithotripsy time and hospital stay. Results The one-time success rate of lithotripsy and lithotripsy time in the experiment group were significantly higher and longer than the control group （both P 〈 0.05）. The hospital stay was insignificantly different between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions The success rate of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy is higher than that of ureteroscope pneumatic lithotripsy. Well-planned nursing strategy is effective for improving the operative effect and reducing the complications.
