两种不同部位静脉穿刺方法在静脉化疗患者中的应用效果观察

目的探讨采用四肢浅静脉和颈外静脉穿刺留置针在静脉化疗患者中的应用效果。方法根据穿刺部位将200例化疗患者分为观察组88例,对照组112例。观察组采用颈外静脉穿刺留置针方法,对照组采用四肢浅静脉穿刺留置针方法。比较两组患者一次性穿刺成功率,并发症的发生情况和留置时间。结果观察组患者一次性穿刺成功率较对照组高;留置时间长于对照组;并发症发生率低于对照组,两组比较,均P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论颈外静脉留置针一次性穿刺成功率高,留置时间长,并发症发生率低,有利于血管的保护,提高了护理工作质量,是一种安全、有效的静脉化疗途径。

Effects of two positions for venous puncturing on patients undergoing chemotherapy

Objective To investigate the effect of venous puncturing at external jugular vein and peripheral vein on patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods 200 patients undergoing intravenous chemotherapy were divided into two groups at random.The observation group（n = 88） and the control group（n = 112） underwent puncturing at external jugular vein and peripheral vein puncture with indwelling needle,respectively.The two groups were compared in terms of indwelling catheter time,incidence of leakage and phlebitis.Results Compared with control group,the observation group had a higher success rate for one-time puncturing,longer time of indwelling catheter and lower rates of catheter obstruction,fluid extravasation and phlebitis（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Puncturing at external jugular vein using indwelling needle may be a safe and effective method for short-term intravenous chemotherapy.
