纤维型肠内营养制剂在胃癌早期术后患者中的应用效果观察

目的探讨纤维型肠内营养制剂在胃癌术后早期患者中的应用效果。方法将63例胃癌患者按入院先后顺序分为研究组31例和对照组32例。两组患者均于术后第2d开始便施行肠内营养支持至术后第9d,其中研究组患者采用纤维型肠内营养制剂,对照组患者采用普通型肠内营养制剂,分别于术前1d、术后1d、术后10d观察患者手术前后营养指标和免疫学指标。结果两组患者术后第10d,其营养指标和免疫指标较术后第1d均有不同程度的回升,研究组较对照组增高（均P〈0.05）。结论胃癌早期术后患者使用纤维型肠内营养制剂进行营养支持,有利于机体体液免疫和细胞免疫功能的恢复,从而促进术后患者康复。

Effect of postoperative fiber-content enteral nutrition in gastric cancer patients and nursing strategy

Objective To evaluate the effect of post operative fiber-content enteral nutrition in patients with gastric cancer and pay attention to the nursing points.Methods 63 patients with gastric cancer were divided into the study group（n = 32） and control group（n = 31） according to their sequence of registration.The two groups were given enteral nutrition supportive treatment from the 2nd to 9th day after operations.During this supportive treatment,the study group was given the fiber-content-nutrition preparation and the control group received the regular enteral nutrition preparation.The nutritional and immunological indicators were evaluated before operation,1st and 10th day after operation.Results The nutritional and immunological indicators in both groups on 10th day were improved compared to those at day one after operation.But the improvements of the indications in the study group were more significant,compared with those of the control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusions Early use of fiber-content enteral nutrition plus the reasonable nursing measures,is safe and effective for gastric cancer patients after operation.Compared to routine enteral nutrition,it is beneficial for the recovery of humoral and cellular immunologic function and propel the postoperative recovery.
