慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疾病不确定感与焦虑、抑郁情绪的相关性

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者疾病不确定感与焦虑、抑郁情绪的相关性。方法选取在本院治疗的急性加重期COPD患者61例,应用Mishel疾病不确定感量表和综合医院焦虑抑郁评分量表(hospital anxeity and depression scale,HADS)调查患者疾病不确定感及焦虑、抑郁状况。了解COPD患者疾病不确定感及与焦虑、抑郁情绪情况及两者间的相关性。结果 COPD患者疾病不确定感呈中等强度,评分为(83.2±10.2)分;有焦虑情绪的患者38例(占62.3%),有抑郁情绪的患者37例(占60.7%),评分分别为(17.5±7.8)分与(16.2±8.4)分;COPD患者疾病不确定感与其焦虑、抑郁评分呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论 COPD患者疾病不确定感较高,与患者焦虑、抑郁心理状态呈正相关,对COPD患者需加强健康教育和心理支持,从而降低患者疾病不确定感,减少焦虑和抑郁心理问题发生。

Correlation between illness uncertainty and anxiety-depression emotion in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases

Objective To investigate the correlation of uncertainty in illness and anxiety-depression emotions in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases （COPD）. Method Sixty-one hospitalized inpatients with acute exacerbations of COPD were evaluated with the Mishel Illness Uncertainty Scale and the Anxiety and Depression Scale. Results The score of the illness uncertainty was （83.2± 10.2）, at medium level.38 patients （62.3%） were affected with anxiety and depression. The scores by HADS were （16.2 ± 8.4） and （17.5± 7.8）. The uncertainty in illness was significantly positively correlated with scores of HADS （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The score of the illness uncertainty was higher in patients with COPD, and positively correlated with anxiety-depression emotion. It is necessary to strengthen health education and psychological support to decrease the illness uncertainty and increase their quality of life.
