脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的吞咽训练及护理

目的了解吞咽训练对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的有效性。方法将53例患者随机分为对照组和训练组,对照组进行常规护理,训练组施行以吞咽饮食训练为中心的康复护理。结果治疗前两组各项指标无差异。4周后训练组吞咽功能及饮食分级优于对照组(P<0.01),并发症总例数明显低于对照组(P<0.005),对患者摄食的护理量明显减少(P<0.001)。结论该方法可明显改善脑卒中患者的吞咽功能,减少并发症,减轻家属的负担。

Swallow training and caring for stroke patients with dysphagia

Objective To know the effectiveness of swall ow training in dysphagia of stroke pati ents.Method53cases were divided randoml y into study group and contro l group.The study group accepted regular medical and diet nursing,and th e control group was given to a swallowing-training-b ased rehabi litation program.Result The index and data of two groups did not ha ve significant differences befo re treat-ment.After 4weeks,the deglutiton a nd diet grade for patients in control group were prior to study group(P<0.0 1),the total cases with complications in contol group were d istinctly lower than those in study g roup(P<0.005),the quantity of demand for diet nur s ing decreased meaningfully(P<0.001).Conclusion This program improved the swallowin g function of stroke patients,decre ased their complications and lightened families' load of patients with dysphagia following stroke.
