| 摘 要： | 国产环硫雄醇系由龙舌兰制麻废液中提取合成。用小鼠腹腔注射环硫雄醇,急性毒性LD_(50) 1469mg/kg。大鼠长期毒性、高剂量(100mg/kg)腹腔注射结果:子宫内膜明显增殖,卵泡成熟受抑制,肾上腺脂粒增加和肝脏轻度点状坏死等。环硫雄醇500μg/只皮下注射,对小鼠有明显抗雌激素活性,300mg/kg 腹腔注射,对小鼠乳腺癌有明显抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Epitiostanol Was synthesized fron the Waste Water of flax making Process from century Plant in this Country.Acute and long term toxicity of epitiostanol was studied in mice and rats respectively.LD50 in mice was 1469mg/Kg.Continuous administration of epitiostanol to rats for 90 days caused no death,but hyperplasia in the endometrium of uterus,atrophy of ovary,increased adipose droplets in adren- als and mild diffuse damages in liver were noted in animals with high doses.Epi- tiostanol had antiestrogen effect and was effective against breast cancer(MA737) in mice. |
