摘 要: | 目的:了解企业医院转制过程中员工对转制的满意度情况。方法:采取随机抽样的方法对武汉市、郑州市和长沙市5家转制企业医院的员工进行问卷调查和访谈。结果:员工对企业医院转制总体较为满意,大部分员工认为企业医院转制后对医院和个人发展均有利;但医院转制也导致了一些问题。结论:应解决转制后的人员编制和养老问题;向员工提供培训与学习的机会;搭建公平的竞争平台,建立合理的激励机制;加强管理人员培训,提高医院管理者能力。

An Analysis of the Personnel Satisfaction at the Reform of Enterprise Hospitals |

Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the personnel satisfaction at the reform of enterprise hospitals. Method:By the random sampling method,questionnaire and interview were conducted among the workers in five hospitals,which have been reformed in Wuhan, Zhengzhou and Changsha.Result:The workers are comparatively satisfied with the reform of the enterprise hospital (40%), many workers think that the reform is of great benefit to the hospital and themselves, and the reform leads to many changes for the hospitals and workers. But there are some problems in the reform. Conclusion:It is advisable to provide the personnel organization and retirement insurance, to give the workers chances of training and learning, to set up a competition platform and a reasonable incentive mechanism, and to improve the management level of the enterprise hospital. |
