| 摘 要： | 目的分析原发性肺隐球菌病的临床与胸部CT表现,提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析7例经病理证实的原发性肺隐球菌病患者的临床及胸部CT表现。结果7例原发性肺隐球菌病患者,临床主要表现为咳嗽,气喘,咯血,胸痛和低热。CT主要表现单发结节影1例;多发结节影5例,其中4例与斑片状实变影混合存在;多发的段或叶实变影1例。2例在结节影和实变影有厚壁空洞。上述病灶多位于肺外带及胸膜下。结论原发性肺隐球菌病肺部异常影像表现多样性,CT表现也缺乏特异性。当肺部阴影诊断不明时在鉴别诊断上应考虑此病,是早期诊断的关键;确诊主要依赖病理学检查。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical features and CT findings of primary pulmonary cryptococcosis(PPC).Methods The clinical and CT data of 7 patients with pathologically documented PPC was retrospective analyzed.Results The seven patients included 5 males and 2 females,age ranging from 21 to 70 years old.The main clinical symptom was cough,breathlessness,haemoptysis,chest pain and low fever.The most common CT manifestations of pulmonary cryptococcosis were single nodule(n=1) or multiple pulmonary nodules(n=5),... |
