改进中药灌肠法治疗慢性肾衰竭的效果观察

[目的]探讨两种中药灌肠法治疗慢性肾衰竭病人的疗效。[方法]选取2007年8月—2009年2月我院肾内科慢性肾衰竭住院病人100例,随机分成两组,实验组用改进式中药保留灌肠法治疗,对照组运用传统式保留灌肠法治疗,3个疗程后观察血尿素氮、肌酐变化及药物保留时间。[结果]治疗后实验组血尿素氮、肌酐变化及保留时间与对照比较差异统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。[结论]改进式中药保留灌肠优于传统式中药保留灌肠。

Observation on effect of improved traditional Chinese herbs enema to treat patients with chronic renal failure
