| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阴道镜诊断宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）在临床中的价值。方法对阴道镜诊断的112例CIN行阴道镜下活检病理诊断并给予对比。结果阴道镜镜检与阴道镜下活检病理诊断相比，符合率达90％以上。结论阴道镜镜检对诊断CIN有重要价值，可作为CIN的筛查方法，以便早期诊治，避免宫颈癌的发生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the colposcopic diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) in clinical value. Methods The clinical data of 112 CIN patients diagnosed by colposcopy were analyzed and compared with results of pathologic biopsy and diagnosis. Results The result of colposcopic examination was well in line with those of pathologic biopsy,with the coincidence rate of above 90.0%.
