紫杉醇联合奈达铂和氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期食管癌的临床观察

目的　观察紫杉醇（ＰＴＸ）联合奈达铂（ＮＤＰ）和氟尿嘧啶（５-ＦＵ）治疗晚期食管癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法　晚期食管癌３０例，ＰＴＸ１３５～１７５ｍｇ／ｍ^２，静脉滴注，第１天；ＮＤＰ８０～１００ｍｇ／ｍ^２，静脉滴注，第２天；５-ＦＵ５００ｍｇ／ｍ^２，静脉滴注，第１～５天。２１天为１周期，连续２周期后评价疗效。结果　全组３０例均可评价疗效，完全缓解２例，部分缓解１７例，总有效率６３。３％（１９／３0）。主要毒副反应为血小板减少及白细胞减少，消化道反应较轻，未发现肝肾功能损害。结论　ＰＴＸ联合ＮＤＰ和５-ＦＵ治疗晚期食管癌近期疗效高，耐受性好，值得进一步观察应用。

Clinical observation of paclitaxel combined with nedaplatin and 5-FU in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer
