| Abstract: | The article discusses how to change the role for the medical students in clinical practice.And it also emphasizes the independence of learning,enhances the training of the elementary technical skills,and strengthens the management and examination.The clinical teachers should have the awareness of how to instruct students.The medical college should reinforce the construction of the clinical teaching base so as to develop the working ability of the medical students. |
