协同护理在外伤性截瘫患者恢复膀胱功能中的作用

目的探讨协同护理对外伤性截瘫患者膀胱功能恢复的影响。方法将66例外伤性完全截瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组33例。两组均接受相同的膀胱功能强化训练，但治疗组更强调协同护理，然后对两组进行治疗后的指标评定。结果治疗组膀胱功能恢复及尿路感染的发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），留置尿管的时间比对照组明显缩短（P〈0．01）。结论协同护理体现了护士、患者和家属为一护理集体的协商作用，对外伤性截瘫患者膀胱功能恢复效果显著。

Effects of Collaborative Nursing on Repairing the Traumatic Paraplegia Patients'''' Cystic Function

Objective To study the effects of Collaborative Nursing on repairing the traumatic paraplegia patients' cystic function.Methods 66cases of traumatic paraplegia patients were divided evenly into cure group and control group at random.Two groups were received the same reinforcement training of cystic function,but more Collaborative nursing on the cure group.Then evaluate the remedial results of the two groups.Results The patients' cystic function renovation of cure group were better than those of control group,and the rate of urethral infection of cure group fall more than that of control group(P<0.05);and the time of catheter retainer of cure group was evidently less than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Collaborative Nursing has an evident effect on repairing the traumatic paraplegia patients' cystic function.
