| 冠心病左房内径与心房颤动之间的关系 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠状动脉性心脏病左房内径变化与心房颤动之间的关系。方法将冠心病患者分为3组：非心房颤动组、阵发性心房颤动组、持续性心房颤动组，进行对比分析。结果冠心病人左房内径增大者，心房颤动及二尖瓣返流发生率明显高于左房内径正常者（P〈0．01）。结论冠心病人左房内径增大者，心房颤动发生率高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between left atrial dimension and atrial fibrillatition of coronaray heart disease. Methods The coronaray heart disease patients were divided into three gronps,non- atrial fibrillation（ group 1 ） ,paroxysmal atrial fibrillation（ group 2） ,atrial fibrillation（ group 3 ）. Results The rate of atrial fibrillation is increased obviously than normal left atrial dimension. Conclusion The rat of atrial fibrillation in larger left atrial dimension is higher. |
