| 摘 要： | 本文从分析区域卫生规划、社区卫生服务和医疗机构配套改革的关系入手，讨论如何因地制宜深化医疗机构配套改革。指出：正确认识区域卫生规划、社区卫生服务和医疗机构改革的关系是深化医疗机构改革的前提；结合区域卫生规划和社区卫生服务是深化医疗机构改革的客观要求；因地制宜围绕医疗保险制度改革是深化医疗机构改革的关键。 |
