| 摘 要： | 口服硝苯地平治疗老年人病窦综合症３２例的近期疗效为：显效２０例，有效１０例，无效１例。治疗后复查基础心率，ＳＮＲＴ，ＣＳＮＲＴ及ＳＡＣＴ等指标，均较治疗前明显增加（均Ｐ＜０．０５）

| Abstract: | he therapeutic effects of
nifedipine administered orally in 32 cases with sick sinus syn-drome were reported.Twenty
cases showed marked improvement,ten cases showed moder-ate improvement and one case
revealed no effect after treatment.Treatment was discontin-ued in one case because of side
reaction. Basic heart rate,SNRT,CSNRT and SACT wereevaluated after treatment and revealed
significant differences statistically(P<0.05)in com-paring with those before treatment.It is
concluded that nifedipine can be used for treatmentof sick sinus syndrome in senility. |
