广州市某区2009年25家企业职业健康检查结果分析

目的了解广州市某区2009年25家企业接触职业病危害因素在岗职工的职业健康情况。方法按职业健康监护技术规范规定的项目进行在岗职业健康检查,结果在检查的4676人中,2739人有1项或多项结果异常,异常检出率为58.58%。该区接触的职业危害因素主要为噪声、高温、粉尘、苯系物等。其中接触噪声人数最多,占总检查人数的53.64%。接触噪声作业人员中,有21人属于噪声作业职业禁忌证,不宜从事噪声作业,占接触噪声作业人员的0.84%。接触苯系物作业人员中,有9人属于观察对象,占接触苯系物作业人员的0.65%。接触粉尘作业人员中,有1人需要调离粉尘作业工种,占接触粉尘作业人员的0.22%。结论该区职业健康问题依然比较突出,职业卫生管理部门应该加强对主要职业病危害因素的定期监测,应加大《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》的宣传、贯彻和执行力度,提高工人和企业的职业病防范意识。

Result Analysis on Occupational Physical Examination of 25 Enterprises in a District of Guangzhou City in 2009

Objective]To understand the occupational health of employed workers exposed to occupational hazard factors in 25 enterprises in a district of Guangzhou city in 2009.Methods]The occupational physical examination was carried out among employed workers according to the Guideline of Occupational Health Surveillance.Results]Among 4676 examined workers,2739 persons had one or more abnormal examination results,and the abnormal detection rate was 58.88 %.The main occupational hazard factors in this district were noise,high temperature,dusts and benzene series.The workers exposed to noise ranked the first place of total examined workers,accounted for 53.64 %.Among workers exposed to noise,21 people who had the occupational contradiction were not suitable for the job of noise exposure,accounted for 0.84 %.Among workers exposed to benzene series,9 people were observation object,accounted for 0.65%.Among workers exposed to dusts,one people should change the work post,accounted for 0.22%.Conclusion]The occupational health problems were still serious in this district.The occupational health management department should strengthen the regular monitoring for main occupational hazard factors,enhance the propaganda and implementation of Code of Occupational Disease Prevention of PRC,and improve the preventive consciousness against occupational disease among workers and enterprises.
