高频超声评价2型糖尿病患者颈动脉血管重构的价值

目的 评价高频超声观察2型糖尿病(2DM)患者颈动脉粥样硬化血管重构的价值.方法 对100例2DM(观察组)和同期100例健康查体者(对照组)进行颈动脉彩色多普勒检查,观察两组颈动脉斑块检出率及斑块面积、内膜厚度(IMT)、血管内径(AD)、收缩期峰值血流速度(S)、舒张末期流速(D)、血管阻力指数(RI)、脉动指数(PI).结果 颈动脉斑块检出率及斑块面积、IMT观察组明显高于对照组,PI、S、D及AD均明显低于对照组,而RI则明显增高(P＜0.05).结论 2DM患者颈动脉血管重塑检出率明显升高,高频超声可以简便准确地观察到这种病变,对2DM血管并发症的早期诊断提供可靠的客观标准.

Study on Remodeling of Carotid Atherosclerosis in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with High- frequency Ultrasound

Objective To investigate the remodeling value of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(2DM) with high-frequency ultrasound.Methods The 100 2DM patients were in the observe group and 100 health volunteers were in the control group.The Carotid arteries of cases in two groups were all checked with high-frequency ultrasound.The inspected rate and acreage of the plaques,intima-media thickness(IMT),artery diamete(AD),systolic velocity(S),diastolic velocity(D),resistance index(RI) and pulsatility index(PI) were measured with CDFI.Results The inspected rate and acreage of the plaques,IMT and RI in observe group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);PI,S,D and AD were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence rate of remodeling of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is very high.High-frequency ultrasound can check the pathological changes well and truly,It can provide a safely and effectively criterion on forepart diagnosis of the complications of arteriosclerosis with 2DM.
