病毒性肝病患者并发低血糖反应的临床分析

目的 分析病毒性肝病与低血糖反应发生之间的关系.及时诊断和治疗慢性肝病,并改善患者预后.方法 回顾性分析我院584例次病毒性肝病患者低血糖反应的发生率及不同临床分型的病毒性肝炎患者低血糖的发生率.结果 低血糖发生情况为慢性重症肝炎＞急性(亚急性)重型肝炎＞肝炎肝硬化＞慢性肝炎＞急性肝炎.结论 重症肝炎及重度慢性肝病并发低血糖多见,且预后不良.急性肝炎并发血糖异常较少见.

Clinical Analysis of Relationship Between Virus Hepatitis and Hypoglycemia

Objective To investigate the relationship between virus hepatitis and hypoglycemia,diagnosis and treatment of chronic hepatitis in order to improve the prognosis.Methods The data of 584 patients with virus hepatitis were analyzed retrospectively.The incidence rate of 584 virus hepatitis patients with hypoglycemia and the incidence rates of different clinical tepes were calculated.Results The analysis indicated the different types of virus hepatitis had various incidence rates.Chronic severe hepatitis had the highest incidence rate,followed by acute severe hepatitis,hepatocirrhosis,chronic hepatitis and acute hepatitis.Conclusion The severe hepatitis often is accompanied with hypoglycemia,and has poorer prognosis.The acute hepatitis accompanied with hypoglycemia is rare.
