药物流产与人工流产致输卵管梗阻性不孕的临床分析

目的比较两种流产方法致输卵管梗阻性不孕有无差异。方法回顾分析本院2008年9月至2011年9月由门诊及不孕不育科医生确诊为流产后不孕患者367例,其中药流195例,人流172例。将临床资料比较分析。结果药流引起的梗阻141例(38.69%),人流引起的梗阻110例(29.97%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);孕≤7周两种流产方式引起的梗阻无统计学意义,孕8～10周两种流产方式引起的梗阻有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);两种流产方式引起的输卵管梗阻随流产次数的增多均明显增高,具有明显统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论药物流产较人工流产更易引起输卵管梗阻,随流产次数的增加,两种流产方式引起的输卵管梗阻明显增加。

Medical Abortion and Artificial Abortion to Tubal Obstruction Infertility:Clinical of Analysis

Objective comparison of two methods for abortion caused by tubal obstruction infertility have no difference.Methods Etrospective analysis of this hospital from 2008 September to 2011 September by clinic and the fertility doctor diagnosed after abortion,infertility patients in 367 cases,including 195 cases of 172 cases of drug abortion,induced abortion.The comparison of clinical data analysis.Results Medical abortion caused by obstruction of 141 cases（38.69%）were caused by obstruction of 110 cases（29.97%）had a significant difference（P0.05）;7 weeks or less two abortion caused by obstruction without statistical significance,at 8 to 10 weeks of two abortion caused by obstruction were highly statistically significant（P0.01）;two abortion caused by fallopian tube obstruction with an increase in the number of abortions were significantly increased,with significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion drug abortion with artificial abortion is more likely to cause obstruction of fallopian tube,with the increase in the number of abortions,two abortion caused by fallopian tube obstruction increased significantly.
