142例甲状腺肿块术中印片细胞学与冷冻切片诊断分析

目的 提高手术中甲状腺肿块快速诊断的准确性.方法 对142例手术中切下甲状腺的肿块同时进行印片细胞学及冷冻切片检查,并与术后石蜡切片最后诊断对比.结果 142例甲状腺肿块手术中冷冻切片确诊133例,确诊率93.66％；术中印片细胞学确诊135例,确诊率95.07％；二者联合确诊136例,确诊率95.77％.结论 将印片细胞学及冷冻切片共同应用于甲状腺肿块手术中快速病检,可以互相弥补,减少误诊,提高快速诊断的准确性.

Diagnosing Analysis of Imprint Cytology and Frozen Section During Operation from 142 Cases of Thyroid Masses

Objective To improve the accuracy of rapid diagnosis of thyroid nodules during surgery.Methods The 142 cases of thyroid masses which were cut during surgery were performed simultaneously imprint cytology and frozen section,compared with the final diagnosis of paraffin section after the operation.Results In the 142 cases,133 cases were correctly diagnosed,and the diagnosis rate was 93.66%;In the imprint cytology examination,135 cases were correctly diagnosed,and the diagnosis rate was 95.07%;to combine the both,136 cases were correctly diagnosed,and the diagnosis rate was 95.77%.Conclusion The imprint cytology and frozen section jointly were used in rapid pathological examination during thyroid surgery,to complement each other,to reduce misdiagnosis,to improve the accuracy of the rapid diagnosis.
