XE-2100血常规分析仪对异常白细胞报警的可信度评价

目的 探讨XE-2100血细胞分析仪对异常白细胞的检测能力.方法 对209例XE-2100全自动血液分析仪提示白细胞分类有异常的标本及541例无异常白细胞分类报警的标本进行手工推片、瑞氏染色镜检.结果 将仪器报警信息与镜检结果进行比较,其异常情况报警系统的灵敏度97.6%,特异性为92%,阳性预示值为78.5%,阴性预示值为99.2%,检出有效率为93.4%.结论 Sysmex XE2100全自动血细胞分析仪对形态异常白细胞的提示具有很高灵敏度,但对于有异常白细胞报警信息的可疑标本进行显微镜复检很有必要.

Credible Degree Evaluation of Abnormal White Blood Cell Warnings in System XE-2100 Hematology Analyzer

Objective To evaluate the test ability of white blood cell morphologic abnormalities warnings of system XE - 2100 hematology analyzer. Method Blood smear and Wright stain were performed on 209 abnormal morphology samples and 541 normal morphology samples. Results Compared with the results of microscopic examination, the analyzer test showed that the sensitivity was 97.6%, the specificity was 92 %, with the positive predictive value of 78.5 %, the negative predictive value of 99.2 % and the effective power was 93.4 %. Conclusion The system XE - 2100 hematology analyzer has higher sensitivity for abnormal white blood cell, but it is necessary to adopt manual microscopic examination for questionable samples with abnormal white blood cell warnings.
