护理干预对肝癌患者焦虑抑郁状态的影响

目的 探讨护理干预对肝癌患者焦虑抑郁状态的影响.方法 选择择期手术患者100例,随机分成观察组和对照组各50例,对照组实行一般常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实行护理干预,应用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评定病人情绪状况,并给予护理干预.结果 肝癌患者存在明显的抑郁、焦虑心理,评分与国内常模相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,护理干预后抑郁、焦虑评分与干预前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 肝癌患者存在明显的抑郁、焦虑心理,给予护理干预能减轻其焦虑抑郁情绪,提高治疗效果和生活质量.

The effect of anxiety and depression condition by nursing intervention in patients with liver cancer
