浙江省衢州市乙型病毒性肝炎流行现状与分析

目的 了解浙江省衢州市乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)流行现状.方法 对2005年乙肝的发病和接种情况进行分析,采集717份人血清用酶联免疫吸附试验进行乙肝病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)和乙肝病毒表面抗体(抗-HBs)检测.结果 2005年衢州市乙肝发病率43.14/10万,儿童乙肝疫苗报告接种率在95%以上,衢州市人群的HBsAg阳性率平均为3.21%,抗-HBs阳性率平均为43.38%.结论 应加速对大龄儿童及成人的预防接种,加强对群众乙肝知识的宣传,提高自我保护意识.

Analysis on the current situation of viral hepatitis B prevalence in Quzhou City of Zhejiang Province

Objective The present study was conducted to explore the current situation of viral hepatitis B prevalence in Quzhou. Methods The incidence and inoculation of hepatitis B in 2005 was taken into the analysis. 717 human sera were collected into the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) and hepatitis B virus surface antibody (anti-HBsAg) detection. Results The incidence rate of hepatitis B in Quzhou in 2005 was 43.14/lakh, while the inoculation rate of hepatitis B was above 95% among children. The HBsAg positive rate was averagely 3.21% among the crowd, and anti-HBsAg positive rate 43.38%, averagely. Conclusion Inoculations for older children and adults should be strengthened. It is required that knowledge of hepatitis B be publicized in rural areas to raise the awareness of self-protection.
