中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭疗效及安全性的Meta分析

目的评价中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭的疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、PubMed、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库,手工检索江西中医学院图书馆有关治疗COPD并呼吸衰竭的文献,使用RevMan 4.2软件进行系统评价。结果共纳入12篇,结果显示中西医结合治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭比单用西医治疗疗效好,不良反应发生少,使用相对安全。结论中西医结合治疗COPD合并呼吸衰竭具有疗效更好、不良反应更少的趋势。但由于本系统评价纳入研究大多质量较低,影响了结论的可靠性,尚需高质量的证据给予有力的支持。

Efficay and safety of integrated Chinese-Western medicine therapy for COPD combined with respiratory failure:a Meta-analysis

objective It is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of integrated Chinese-western therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) combined with respiratory failure.Methods Both a computer-aided search of the Cochrane Library,PubMed,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang data and an intensive search by hand were conducted to identify all randomized controlled trials assessing the efficacy of therapy of traditional Chinese medicine integrated western medicine for COPD combined with respiratory failure and Meta-analysis was processed by Rev Man 4.2.Results 12 papers were included in all which showed that the efficacy of TCM integrated western medicine therapy was better than that of single modern medical therapy with less adverse effects and more relative safety.Conclusion Treatment with integrated Chinese-western medicine tends to have better efficacy and less side effect on COPD combined with respiratory failure.However,most trials included in the review were of poor quality,so the results is still short of enough evidence and further higher quality clinical studies are needed.
