紫杉醇联合5-氟脲嘧啶/亚叶酸钙双周方案治疗晚期胃癌临床研究

目的观察紫杉醇(PTX)联合5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)/亚叶酸钙(CF)双周方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法PTX(100mg/m2)静脉滴注3 h(第1天);CF(200mg/m2)静脉滴注2 h(第1天);5-Fu(400mg/m2)静脉注射(第1天),然后以5-Fu(2.6g/m2)持续静脉输注46 h;每2周重复1次,2周为1个周期,至少行4周期的治疗。结果全组30例患者均可行疗效评价,CR:2例,PR:16例,SD:7例,PD:5例,有效率(RR)60%,肿瘤中位进展时间(TTP):4.3月,中位生存时间(MST):7.9月;主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、脱发和粘膜炎。结论PTX 5-FU/CF双周方案是治疗晚期胃癌安全有效的化疗方案。*

BIWEEKLY REGIMEN OF HIGH DOSE OF EUCOVORIN,5-FLUOROURACIL AND PACLITAXEL FOR PATIENTS WITH ADRANCED GASTRIC CANCER

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of the regimen of leucovorin(CF),5-FU and PTX in treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Thirty patients who were pathologically confirmed as advanced gastric cancer received chemotherapy of the regimen: PTX:100mg/m~2.ivgtt 3h d1,CF 200mg/m~2 ivgtt 2h d1,5-FU:2.6g/m~2.civ 46h every 2 weeks for at least 4 cycles. Results Total response rate was 60%(18/30).With 2(6.7%) cases of complete remission(CR) and 16(53.3%)cases of partial remission(PR).No treatment related with death occuring.The median TTP was 4.3 months.The MST was 7.9 months.Loss of hair,mucositis and bone marrow suppression were main toxicities.Conclusion Biweekly regimen of high dose of 5-FU/CF and PTX may achieve a high response rate with tolerable toxicities in patients with advanced gastric concer.
