消瘀泄浊饮治疗慢性肾脏病气虚夹瘀证临床疗效观察

目的]观察消瘀泄浊饮治疗慢性肾脏病（chronic kidney disease,CKD）气虚夹瘀证的临床疗效。方法]选取CKD3-4期气虚夹瘀证患者60例,按随机化方法随机分成西医组（30例）和中西医结合组（30例）,西医组予以西医基础治疗,中西医结合组在西医基础治疗上加用消瘀泄浊饮。连续治疗12周,所有患者在服药时、服药后12周检查24h尿蛋白定量、肾功能、内生肌酐清除率eGFR。评价治疗前后的中医证候积分变化,对比总结临床疗效。结果]两组治疗12周后临床疗效及中医证候疗效比较,中西医结合组均显著优于西医组（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后主要实验室指标均有改善,治疗后两组比较,血肌酐、血尿素氮、中医证候积分,中西医结合组显著低于西医组（P〈0.05）,eGFR显著高于西医组（P〈0.05）。结论]西医基础治疗加用消瘀泄浊饮治疗CKD气虚夹瘀证患者,可更好的改善患者的肾功能及临床症状。

Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Xiaoyu Xiezhuo Yin in Treating Chronic Kidney Disease of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective] To observe the clinical effect in treating chronic kidney disease of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods] 60 cases of CKD3-4 stage patients of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were divided randomly into the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine（ITCWM） group（30 cases） and the western medicine（WM）（30 cases）.The WM group was treated mainly with western medicine,while the ITCWM group with Xiaoyu Xiezhuo Yin on the basis of normal western medicine.Both groups were kept on treating for 12 weeks,24hour urinary protein,BUN,Scr,glomerular filtration rate of all patients were tested at the beginning and the end of the experiment.The changes of symptom scores of TCM were evaluated,and the clinical curative effect was compared and summarized.Results]After 12 weeks of treatment,the clinical curative effect and TCM syndrome curative effect of TCWM group were better obviously than those in the WM group（P〈0.05）.The main laboratory indexes were improved after treatment in the two groups.After treatment,Lab＇s indexes such as serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,symptom scores of TCM in ITCWM group were lower obviously than those in the WM group（P〈0.05）,and eGFR was higher obviously than that in the WM group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions] Xiaoyu Xiezhuo Yin on the basis of normal western medicine,can improve renal function and clinical symptons of CKD paitents of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
