| 摘 要： | 目的研究葛根药材水溶性部位的指纹图谱。方法用HPLC-DAD法,分别考察了不同因素对药材水溶性成分提取效果的影响;优化流动相洗脱方式及色谱柱,并进行方法学考察。结果测定了10批药材,相似度大于0.9。结论所建方法有助于制定葛根药材的标准指纹图谱,为药材与注射液相关性研究奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish the fingerprint chromatograms analysis and identification of water-soluble part of Pueraria lobata(Willd.).METHODSThe method of HPLC-DAD was established for the fingerprint chromatograms analysis.The extraction method including extraction time,solvent and granularity of Pueraria lobata(Willd.) was investigated.RESULTSCalculation results indicated that the value of resemblance was more than 0.9.CONCLUSIONThe establised method is useful for the quality control of Pueraria lobata(Willd.) and further development of Gegennjection. |
